The overall teachers’ and students’ attendance in 2006 was 100% and 96%, respectively. The classrooms are at different locations. The students of grade 2 were found very active and confident. The classroom décor indicates teachers’ interest and commitment towards their profession. Teachers are hard working and emphasize the importance of ethical values to the students. They are using teaching aids very effectively. Library books are also used well in this school. During visits the monitors helped the teachers solve their day-to-day teaching problems and supported them in using new teaching methodologies.
They reported that the teachers are using innovative ideas to teach math concepts.
Head teacher conducted meetings with the CBO members for continued improvement of the school.
